Fascia Replacement

I have a rental property that is due to get the roof replaced shortly. There are 2 area's I need attending to while this is happening. 1. There is a section of fascia that needs to be replaced. 2. There is a portion of the house where the fascia has been installed inside the plaster of the wall, meaning if the spouting was to overflow it could run down inside the wall. The spouting needs to be removed, the fasica packed out (or another piece of fasica installed over it), then the spouting refitted. As the roof is due to be replaced in the next month or 2 I am sure we can arrange for the scaffolding to be up a day or 2 prior so this work can be done then.
