Basically non consented alterations to load bearing walls were done before we bought the property, we need to fix them. We have already obtained building consent and are looking for a qualified / insured builder to carry out alterations to the load bearing structure of our living area. We have detailed plans approved by the council drawn by a drafts man. All wall an ceiling gib will be replaced. looking for quotes asap
