Moving internal wall investigation
Job description
Hi there I need an internal wall moved between kitchen and bathroom (to make the bathroom bigger). It is a 1960s brick home, and I guess you need to know whether it is a load bearing wall before you can quote the job. the length of the entire wall is 317cm, and I will need 180cm of it moved by 80cm and a 90-degree angle wall of 80cm put in as well to connect the new with the old wall. If you can already tell me how much the job would roughly cost if it is no load bearing wall as well as if it is a load bearing wall, that would be great. Thank you! Sarah

The management has ruined it for all their contractors, and I would never hire them again, regardless of the workmanship. Although I have spent almost $13,000 and paid every single invoice on time, Juan Gaspar treated me in a rude, condescending, threatening way when I genuinely thought I was overcharged on the very last, little job. Apparently, I should have known somehow that they charge $97.75/hr for their contractors driving around. Very unprofessional and upsetting.
