Skylight

There is an exisiting skylight that needs to be replaced. It will need framed and boxed to change the existing skylight into two seperate skylights. The skylight that remains in the bedroom needs to be an opening skylight to support the ventilation requirement for healthy homes and the other skylight that will be in the hallway can be fixed pane. Cameron Roofing can complete the flashing requirements and Fisher Windows are confident of building the skylights to a size given by a builder. I need a builder to frame the skylights, line the framing, get the skylights measured and installed and co-ordinate the flashing requirements either themselves or with Cameron Roofing. Also, I am not worried if you get skylights elsewhere as along as they are of quality and the one in the bedroom opens. It would ideal to architrave the boxing to finish off the boxing where it meets the ceiling. The job is not complicated and would not require scaffolding. The roof is a skillion roof.
