build my 2 story extension
Job description
EXTENSIONS: tear down and rebuild a 2 story extension onto an old cottage. The extension includes: First floor:kitchen/dining, laundry, bathroom, second floor: 2 bedrooms, plus ensuite. The flooring for entire extension has been ordered but needs to be laid (bamboo hardwood floating floor). Entire structure will need to be re-roofed. architecturally drawn plans have been given building/resource consent from council. 1) Bathroom - install (already designed) 2) Kitchen - install (already designed) 3) Living area/bedroom Size is approx 70sqm Specs available for further discussion
