Cupboard knocked out and buddy beam

We have had two builders not turn up after accepting the job and providing a quote. So we are desperate to get a cupboard knocked out (been told it’s an easy 5min job- we just don’t know how to do it) and a buddy beam to be added to another piece of wood under the house. Would love it to be done before Christmas if possible.
