Suspension Ceiling - Ceiling Grid & Tile

I have a pre-1930s multi-unit dwelling with the bottom unit needing more acoustic insulation from the above unit. I'm looking to add an additional layer of suspended ceiling grid & tile about 250mm lower from the existing ceiling level (approx 3000mm). The area is approx. 40sqm. Can anyone help? Thanks Victor
