Rental maintenance
Job description
Floor in downstairs flat in living area needs replacing. Possibly in hallway from front door as well. A few window frames need to be made weathertight as well. Some shower panels in upstairs shower also need to be replaced. There is also a deck upstairs that either needs to be repaired or removed depending on cost to repair. Ideally this would happen asap. The owner intends to sell the property once repairs are made
