We are building a new detached, self-contained dwelling at the rear of our section. It will initially be a for our teenage son but will ultimately become an Airbnb. Plans are drawn up and ready. Dimensions 8 x 3 metres approx. Issues to consider will be the mildly sloping yard and access to back yard is potentially a little tricky. Please apply, giving and indication of your availability.
