hi, we have a budget of $280k and are hoping to build say a house not more than 80 sqm (ideally 3 bedroom 1 bathroom), not sure if our budget is too tight here since retaining is required for the section. i've attached the geo tech report and feel free to have a look at the site when its convenient for you. we dont have a fixed idea of what we like, just wanting to make things work within budget. our biggest challenge is that the site is relatively steep so retaining is needed.
