I have a room in a flat which has a concrete floor and thick concrete walls with plaster inside. The walls tend to condensate and there could possibly be rising damp, though I am quite sure this is not the issue. The scope of works would be to seal the floor and line the floor and the walls to create a cavity and break between the concrete wall and in internal wall. The area to be lined is quite small. Three walls at about 2.7 metres and a floor area of about 2.7m2. If you look at the photo the area needing to be lined, stopped and painted, paint is already there, is pretty much forward from the carpet join.
