Re Gib and insulate two bedroom walls

I need a quote on this job. It involves removing Gib board and putting insulation in and then putting up new Gib board ready for painting which i will do. It is for two small bedroom walls. As it is currently rented I need to see when tenant would best suit it being done - maybe when on holiday. I need to know how long it would take. Her room furnishings could be put in the garage during job
