We have a new home and wanting a garage (1.5 car) built onto the end of the house. The section is sloping so a retaining wall or similar will have to be built up to allow for the garage to be built on. Suspect it would have to be a design and build job. However the garage is going to be used for storage so doesn't need to be lined etc.
