New small bathroom
Job description
In Warrington, require existing bath and vanity removed, walls relined, shower and replacement vanity installed. Hot water cylinder will need a pump to supply new shower pressure as on tank water feed from main town supply. Fit ceiling light, lamp, ventilation combo. Also to replace toilet. Have 1/2 sheet damp gib in a sleep out to be replaced. The rental property is currently vacant so require completion ASAP Require someone to take on whole project as owners live out of town but can travel there for quoting purposes.

Job started quickly as requested, completed on time and on budget. Site cleaned up, no stress and no hassle, Jacob had ideas at the start to save some cash and now the new bathroom looks fantastic - very happy. Thanks!
