Kennedy bay off grid house/barn

Hi!!! We need someone to help us realise our dream of having our own home on our small acreage at kennedy bay coromandel. Our ideal home is a simple offgrid american barn style house from either a kitset or custom build. We have a lovely flat building site that can be accessed by trucks. We would like to work with someone who can help us with the entire process from consent to construction and who ideally has interest or experience in creating an off grid house.
