Make a hole in a wall for a new chiller door, basically remove the wall linings on both sides, remover the framing and put in beam to support the building then I have a contractor installing a new set of doors (refrigeration) then builder to come back and tidy the edges etc up, to be done after 15th November but before mid December, work to be completed at night as it is in a retail store so needs to be completed outside of business hours.
