Weather tightness remedial work- Urgent

Hi there I am looking for some one to do some urgentish remedial work following building report. Please see below and full building report can be provided if requested. Balcony penetration Points elevated moisture - moisture level 275 floor level moisture 60.8 Elevated moisture was detected below the south facing third story window clad in Butynol. Moisture level 72.1 Need to check whether correct flashing have been used to make the outside of the window weathertight. Cracks around the aluminium windows to exterior cladding junctions and around some cladding penetrations Thank you
