Investigate elevated moisture readings
Job description
We'd like to get our home ready for sale. We've had a building inspection which delivered 2 elevated moisture readings in the skirting of the laundry and the adjacent garage. We need to find a root cause and fix it. The house is a 90's plaster on timber with no cavity. The house appears dry, there is no damp smell anywhere, just those readings we need to get to the bottom of.

Jurgen did a great job investigating and applying solutions to our thankfully minor problem. He also helped with some plaster work in the lounge which is looking really good. His communication is excellent and the job was completed promptly.
