Job description

General Building
Christchurch

We require a double sash window removed, framed up and sealed up with internal gib and external weatherboard, in preparation for a new kitchen joinery installation. We also require the removal of a large hot water cupboard framing (hot water cylinder has been removed) and finishing gib. If possible, we would like to transplant some of the existing kauri floorboards from under the existing joinery to in-fill 1-2 water damaged boards. There is also a 600mm x 1000mm concrete slab in the kitchen we would like to chip out and cover with transplanted kauri boards from under the existing joinery but this is a nice to have. Additionally, we are looking to have the old kitchen joinery removed at the end of the job in preparation for the new joinery installation. The new kitchen joinery installation date will be happening on August 14th so will need the work completed by then.

Before the job even started Steve stood out with solid communication and that continued throughout the job. He completed the work to a high standard ahead of schedule and on budget - a real pleasure to have him complete our work, we'd definitely use him again for our next project.
