Job description
I need someone to cut a permanent, nice underfloor access panel in the front of my house and then check that everything is ok under the house including checking the foundation and that everything is supported correctly. I feel like the kitchen may be sinking but hope I’m wrong. I am especially interested in all the wood being checked. If there is time and money I would also like to have someone check the beams throughout my house. I had a pipe repaired recently and the beam that was exposed next to it was crumbling.

Make sure to get everything in writing.They communicated until they had the job. It took me 4 attempts to get in touch with someone and two more attempts to get it scheduled. The person who carried out the work was great when he came to discuss it but, possibly because of the time between that meeting and when the work was done, did not do much of what was discussed. I only found out from the pics that were shared that the beams hadn't even been sighted and he hadn't checked all he'd agreed to.
