Window install
Job description
We're having a sliding door removed and replaced with a window, but a smaller window. The bottom section of where the sliding door is currently needs to be bricked up and framing built to support the window, plasterboard added, etc. We need a builder to provide the materials, build the framing, fit the window and finish the inside of the wall. The window is ordered and due for delivery on 14 November, and we have a bricklayer lined up.

Joseph is a friendly guy and enthusastic about his work. Most of the job was done to a good standard, though some of the finer details were a little rough, e.g. plastering. We found him to be quite disorganised though - he was very late both days and arrived without all the necessary materials despite us paying an advance for materials, so then had to leave again to go and buy stuff. He also came alone to what was obviously a two-person job, so I ended up helping with some elements myself.
