Shelter around our outdoor cylinder

I'd like to get a quote for building an insulated shelter around our outdoor cylinder. It needs an insulated door (with lock) and cladding that matches our weatherboard exterior. The space either side is narrow with the power meter on one side and the under floor access on the other. The cylinder is rated for outdoor use, but we are keen to protect it from the weather, people tinkering with it and make it part of the house. We are happy to do the painting and have left over paint. Let me know if you'd like arrange a time to visit the site for a closer look.
