Multiple small house repairs

We are after quotes and repairs for the following issues around our house. These issues have arisen out of a building report as our house is currently under offer, due to this all repairs must be complete by 15 September. • shower leaking around the frame • leak in the garage roof • moisture staining in the roof framing (potential leak) • stormwater drain blocked • laundry waste leaking We also need some help renovating our sleepout so there could be more work to be done there if you are keen.
