Interior wall - possible water leak

Since the bad rain in the past week our wall is showing signs of puffing and has soft spots along the corner. Just wanting someone to come and assess it and let us know if there is an issue! And offer us some advice re insurance etc if there is a problem. There was also leaking around a bifold door on the same wall which could be the culprit.
