Interior wall and door in existing wall

A few small jobs need doing ASAP in a commercial office with a suspended ceiling. Lots more fit out work required in the future. 1x interior wall to split a commercial office in half, approximately 3900mm long and 2500mm high, solid wall no door. Butts onto a wall on one end and a large window on the other end. Finishing below suspended ceiling. Requires sound dampening insulation and finished with plasterboard. Ideally as soundproof as possible without going totally overboard. 1x door frame and door in an existing wall. 710mm door. 1x unusual project, 1200mm prison bars style cage wall with a gate (700mm?) made from framing timber and rebar. Delivery of a few panels of MDF would be ideal if you can purchase and bring some along when buying other materials as well. Installation not required. Would like to get this work done as quickly as possible. I'm available any time any day of the week for a visit for a quote.
