Maintenance/repairs following recent inspection

Notes from recent building inspection. We would like these jobs completed ASAP as we are about to sell our house. 1. Patio - “Some of the post to beam connections and beam connections have moved and may need strengthening as general maintenance. Recommend a licensed builder to advise.” 2. Cladding - “Please ensure plaster is sealed around deck joists where there is some minor cosmetic cracking. Recommend a licensed builder to advise.” 3. Putting a handle back onto an internal door. 4. “ Internal toilet door is. Rubbing on frame slightly and may need adjustment.” 5. Two minor wall/door damages to be repaired- this job is not a high priority.
