Registered builder wanted for EQC Property check repair Tasks

Hi Team, I am urgently needing a registered builder to complete the tasks identified in Property check report (attached) and complete state insurance building inspection form. The insurance cover is pending on these completed. Currently the property is not insured . If time available to replace Bargeboards if possible (more details will be provided).
