wall up a fire place
Job description
Wall up our fireplace in the lounge. It was decommissioned a couple of years ago and a cabinet put in its place, we now would like the cabinet removed and the wall made good. Also we would like to replace 3 hollow core doors with solid doors (all internal). We have the door furniture and the doors.

Didn't turn up as arranged (turned up a day early) and didn't finish the job on time as arranged. Said he was in Kaikoura and Akaroa. There is still a bulge in the wall that we will get put right by another tradesman.

"As I am busy I try to keep all my clients happy, I did contact the owner and asked if I could start the job a day earlier as had another three job to complete that week. Went back to complete the job on a Thursday plaster still to wet to sand and as they were going away Friday said I would come back on Monday as I was away for the weekend. Unfortunately didn't get back on Monday and by the time I got there Patrick had sanded and painted my plaster, therefore the quality of the work was only as good as his ability, which at the time he seemed please with. At no time did he complain to me and his feed back has come as a shock. I have refunded him to total cost of the job."
