Job description

General Building
Christchurch

We require a quotation from a builder (who also has plastering skills) who is able to cut out and remove an existing sheet of Gib-Board from a ceiling, which has been damaged by a water leak over a long period of time. The chalk in the Gib-Board has essentially dissolved within these area's where the two noticeable holes are. As a general guide of the area involved, the distance from the wall (where the toy bear is) to the first hole is 74cm; then from that wall to 2nd hole is 126cm. While from the walk in robe/ room room (partly seen to right of the wall where the toy bear is, once again) is 24cm and 2nd hole 74cm out from that wall. Hope these measure may provide some indication of the size involved, meantime. The roof leak has since been fixed a number of months ago, by a professional roofing company but now we need this ceiling repaired, preferably prior to replacing the carpet in that room, in the new year. Once affixed the person would then need to plaster over the joins around this new Gib-Board sheet, to an acceptable tradesman like/ paintable standard. We then intend to paint the whole ceiling, such that it shouldn't be noticeable. The job is in Picton Ave. Thank you for you time.
