Inspect Conservatory for Code of the Day Certificate #2

We have a conservatory that was erected prior to 1992 (best guess 1983) which does not have a building permit. CCC has said that it should be inspected by a builder who is willing to issue a Code of the Day certification that can be placed on the property file. We are looking for a suitably qualified builder to carry out this inspection and issue the certification.
