Kitset assembly

Am planning on ordering this kitset, which includes assembly instructions. The company who makes these does it for $1,000 on site, however it will be sent as a flat pack from Auckland. And is to be assembled on a custom built tiny house trailer. Wanting to know the approx cost to assemble and to add 2 lights, 3 caravan plugs (Standard socket to RV 10amp), 8 power points and 2 8-900mm rounded acrylic showers, with a gas califont and vinyl flooring. It will require gas and electric certification. (Any any other regulations around having a house on wheels. (Size is approx 2.4m by 4.8 m. Thanks for viewing
