Reno #1 Upgrade #2

I have two projects I would like quotes and to complete by the end of June. #1 Backyard Reno - first step a driveway gate; then removal and replacement of old fence, decking and it's roof. Clearing, levelling backyard and removal of rubbish, installing a concrete pad with fencing and shelter (dog runs). Line garage roof, install lights. Install pool fencing, washing line, (and if budget allows some paving). House/Garage guttering replaced with fascia boards painted. This job is a bit of everything, there are dogs on the property so I would prefer people that are mindful of them. #2 Kitchen Upgrade Strip kitchen fittings, remove old firebox and hearth, regibbing walls, insulation, paint. Install new kitchen fittings/cabinets from Bunnings. Install gas hot water, make exterior box for gas bottles, discuss moving shower and repair, install new toilet/cistern.
