Some repairs to garage building
Job description
A concrete block to the right side of the tilt-a-door is broken, one next to the downpipe at the SW corner and a third behind the downpipe at the NW corner have pushed outwards. There is cracking in the concrete block mortar to the left side of the wooden exterior door, repairs will be required. Deterioration to the tilt-a-door frame, splitting and sections of the base of the tilt-a-door frame missing, repairs will be required The tilt-a-door does not close correctly due to catching on the base of the frame, repairs will be required. Unsealed gaps between the soffit and weatherboards, we recommend sealing as this is a possible point for moisture ingress.

Carey undertook some repairs to our garage including fixing cracks on the concrete floor. Job was done efficiently and well, Carey was easy to deal with.
