Replace Load Bearing Wall with Steel Portal
Job description
Building work as part of a kitchen/living renovation. We need; - An internal load bearing wall removed and replaced with a steel portal (An engineer has completed designs and these will be provided as part of the quote process) - Two small non-load bearing walls removed - A window resized or removed. We are hoping to complete the work in July.

Luke and his team did a great job removing a load bearing wall as part of our kitchen renovations. Luke showed up on time and communicated well throughout the process, including helping us manage when other trades should be in to do their parts, and the required council sign offs. As with any reno on an older house there were a couple of extra unforeseen costs, but these were always communicated as soon as they were identified, and Luke gave us good advice on the most cost effective solutions.
