New Hardwood Deck and Railing

Remove existing deck and handrailing Replace with a new hardwood deck and railing (pricing and options). This is a refurbished 1950's house ex-State House. When the property became privately owned it was renovated by an unlicensed builder. The current deck/railing is pine which was stained a couple of years ago. I have no idea what this might cost. I am not the current homeowner but as the previous homeowner and now tenant organise quotes and contractors.
