Removal of fireplace, adjustments to structural wall (requires LBP)

I have a house that requires the removal of a fireplace and flue. This includes bringing down the summerhill stone chimney down to roof level and installing a flashing. Internally, i need adjustments made to a structural ceiling beam. Too hard to explain in this post but should be straightforward for a LBP builder.
