Sub floor - pile to bearer packing and fixing repair

As per pre purchase builder’s inspection: Timber and concrete piles/Timber frame − The packing method and materials (attempted relevelling repair) are not considered adequate and further work is required to many packing sites. This would involve removing existing packing and replacing with new materials. − Pile to bearer fixings also require further work. Roof space − The displaced north gable brace requires repairs to ensure it remains in position and functional. External Walls Timber frame/Brick veneer and horizontal timber weatherboards. − Maintenance is required to a small number of areas where gaps and damage has occurred to the weatherboards.
