Lock removal and defect filling

I am leaving my flat next Friday (9/8/19). The house owner after giving permission for me to have a lock placed wants the lock removed and the door fixed before I leave. I had a yale commercial deadbolt lock installed and am aware it will leave a hole in the door on removal that will need to be filled. The door is old and I doubt wood will be able to be matched. Am after a quote as to how much this will cost, what options I have or if its even possible. See photos below.
