Build 2 toilets. No existing structure. Whole toilet to be built. Each toilet to be wheelchair accessible. Stairs to be removed and a hand railed landing to be built to existing deck. Only water is from a fire sprinkler pipe. No existing plumbing to this area. Pipes and waste will need to be plumbed in. The picture is my idea of what I think could happen. Room for change from expert advice.
