Carport and retaining

Building of a carport off the side of driveway. It will need retaining on three sides. At the same time I’m wanting to terrace the remaining lawn area to make flat garden and lawn. Add steps to the carport and if needed replace steps to existing garage. I need someone to help design and then build. I looking to get this done this winter.
