Vent removal 2

I have an old vent under my house which is blocking access to get underfloor insulation put in. Just need someone to come and take it out. Its from an old diesel heating system that hasn't been used in years. There is access in the middle of the house and from outside where the old unit was taken out. Unsure who would do this kind of job so hoping to get a response here. Wanting this done as soon as possible, because want to get it insulated before winter.
