Shift door position in structural wall

This is the door to my kitchen, I need it moved along the wall approximately 400mm to the right. This is also a structural wall. I would also like the lintel put a little higher than the current door so I can have a more standard size door installed. Feel free to also quote for the supply and install of a new door. Note also that the wall linings will be off when this job is happening as I am having asbestos removed from the walls. (So you won't have to remove or reinstate wall linings.) Wires will have been shifted out of the way by an electrician. I would ideally like to have this job done in late May.
