Hello there, we are planning to buy a home in Christchurch and for that we did BUILDING INSPECTIONS . As per building report there are certain recommendation to repair eg :- 1) sub floor - Ground vapor Barrier : no vapor barrier .. 2) sub floor- insulation : foil insulation.. 3) Bathroom - Heated towel rail bracket broken.. 4) Roof space - roof framing & connections :- insufficient gap between fire flue and timbers .. 5) moisture testing - moisture readings :- High readings.. 6 ) Garage / carport- garage door need to be remove.. These are the things to be fix so i would like to know estimate total cost for that. Thank you sanze
