Repairs to pile foundation
Job description
We've had a builders report identify a number of minor repairs required. Specifically, some packing is required between some of the bearers and the piles, some existing packing needs improvement and some of the repiling by EQC has not been fixed to the bearers. There is also some areas where there is no polyurethane vapour barrier which we'd like to rectify. The subfloor space is quite tight!
