Kitchen - Bathroom Reno

Require a builder carpenter to replace damaged joists in bathroom and kitchen (size 5.7m X 2.5m for both room adjoining each other). Create small hall wall through existing bedroom and 2 new door entry points. Change one external back door move about 3 meters add new window in Kitchen. Type of house: Older weatherboard house with staco finish. Some studs also may need to be replaced. Presently all interior wall linings removed and flooring covers in both Kitchen and bathroom. House is currently empty so flexible on when work can be done.
