Job description
A building consent has been obtained for this job. Single storey weatherboard house. On piles but house close to ground. Job will involve Remove concrete fireplaces and 10m^2 concrete pad. Lift house. Clear topsoil, remove some liquefaction silt. Fill with compacted AP40 to required ground level (approx 0.4m of fill) Braced pile design The plans are available.

Jason and his team completed the work to a high standard. The council inspector was impressed with the quality of the foundation work. I'd be happy to work with Jason and his team again in the future.
