Weatherproofing and timber replacement
Job description
I have a south facing 1st floor wall with a ventilation "window" high up. We have had water damage to a ceiling and I have suspected the flashing around the ventilator. Painters working on the property have reported signs of rot in some weatherboards and I want those replaced and the flashing repaired. There is good scaffold access to the site of the problem. I am not sure how long the scaffolding will be there.
