The job will involve: 1. Removing the old garage, polite cladding, asbestos roof and concrete pad. Ideally keeping the old framing so that we could bypass the resource consent process. We will also be pulling up and relaying the old driveway. 2. Extending the framing to make the garage longer. 3. Replacing the roof, cladding and garage door with colour steel, or other options. 4. Re-concreting the driveway and concrete pad for the garage.
