House remodeling - Building work

Hello, We are looking to do some remodeling in a house we just bought. I need the following jobs to be completed by a builder. - Internal wall to be removed. 2.7m high, 3.3m long. It will already be stripped of gib so it's just the internal framing that needs removing, and the end and roof made good. The roof will need additional support (Beam), I will provide the spec of what support is required on request. The support may be slid into place via lifting of concrete tile on roof and sliding the beam into place to secure. Building is single story, and there is good access in the roof cavity, but am happy to hear other approaches. - Remove a second wall within house. Similar spec to above, but the wall length to remove is approx 2m. - Seal off internal single doorway (Wall frame + Gib). - Change single external doorway for frosted glass. House is weatherboard. - New internal wall 1.85m in length. I also have additional jobs which may lead on from this, but would like to finish this work package first. Thanks, Aric
