Second storey extension

I have a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom weatherboard home on a site about 660 sq m in size. My home was built in the 1940s - approximately 1948 - and sits on concrete piles and a ring foundation. The roof is a combination of tiles and steel. I am thinking of adding a second storey which would be comprised of two bedrooms and possibly a toilet and vanity. I would need someone who could handle all aspects of the job including obtaining all necessary consents. Am hoping someone can give me a ball park indication of what it would be likely to cost?
